What is included in your training and consultancy?
I draw on over 30 years of business experience to provide practical, personalised consultancy and training. This includes reviewing your current administrative setups, identifying bottlenecks that are causing stress, and putting simple, efficient systems in place. If you or your team need to learn how to manage a website, update a community directory or handle basic digital tools confidently, you will receive patient, step-by-step guidance tailored completely to your pace. Training and consultancy can be provided online or locally on the Isle of Wight
What types of organisations do you work with?
Support is tailored specifically for small businesses, local organisations and churches. These environments often run on tight schedules or small teams where administrative tasks can quickly pile up and cause unnecessary pressure.
Can you help with community groups and local events?
Yes, absolutely. Managing the logistics for local groups, setting up tracking spreadsheets, coordinating marketing materials for business expos, and planning the administrative side of multi-day community events are all standard parts of the service.
How much do your services cost?
Because every small business, church and local organisation has entirely different needs, pricing is kept straightforward and flexible. To give you an idea of costs, please visit my current rates page.
Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?
Not at all. Flexibility is key for small organisations. Support can be provided on an ongoing basis for a set number of hours each week, or simply stepped in to assist with one-off projects, seasonal peaks or specific event coordination.
Getting Started
We begin with a brief, informal chat to discuss the specific areas where you feel under pressure. Once the main tasks are identified, a simple, structured plan is agreed, so you know exactly what will be handled and when.
What do I need to prepare before you start?
You do not need to have a perfect system in place. We can arrange secure access to relevant systems once we have agreed on what support you need.
