My Review of 2025

It really has been an amazing year for TV Office Management with a wide variety of work—from onsite operational reviews to events, digital support and ongoing client relationships.
As I reflect on the past twelve months, I’m grateful not only for the projects I’ve had the privilege to support but also for the continued trust of my long-standing clients and the growing business community around me on the Isle of Wight.
While I primarily work from home, this year included more time working onsite with clients. Meeting teams in person and being involved in their day-to-day operations has helped strengthen relationships and deliver even more tailored support. In the summer I visited my client in Wales and, having spent time with the whole team, I now have a better understanding of how they work together and how I can support them.
One exciting project was a school review in Chelsea, London, where I spent three days working closely with the reception team to refine their processes and procedures. It was a rewarding project that combined detailed operational analysis with practical recommendations the school could implement straightaway.
Another highlight has been becoming more involved in the local Isle of Wight networking community. From walking into my first session not knowing anyone to now playing a more active role, I’ve appreciated the genuine support and shared enthusiasm within the group. I’m looking forward to contributing further with administrative and operational support in the year ahead.
Most recently I managed a promotional event for The Fig Tree Hotel on the Isle of Wight. With a short lead time, the event brought together more than 20 local businesses for welcome drinks, a fantastic buffet prepared by the in-house chef and a showcase of the hotel with its beautiful bedrooms and function space. It was a pleasure to work with the team and to see so many local businesses coming together at this stunning location.
Throughout the year, I’ve also continued working with my loyal long-term clients, helping to support the smooth running of their businesses year after year. Alongside this, I’ve enjoyed collaborating with more local clients, improving their Google Business profiles, refining their social media, strengthening their internal processes and improving communications.
This year also brought opportunities to support a number of churches both locally and further afield, assisting with church administration including reviewing processes, website improvements and staff training.
From my day-to-day work to more complex projects, teamwork has been key and it has been a pleasure working with so many different people across a wide spectrum of businesses. On a personal level, 2025 has been incredibly encouraging and has genuinely helped me grow in confidence. I’m truly grateful for the trust my clients place in me.
Looking forward, I’m excited about the new opportunities already taking shape for 2026 and the continued success of TV Office Management. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this year’s journey.
